Tutti LGBA 2020

Tutti LGBA 2020

Tutti: with all voices or instruments together.

Tutti LGBA 2020, our first-ever online conference, will provide opportunities for members to attend workshops and open forums, receive updates from select LGBA committees and more. LGBA will also host the Assembly of Delegates Annual Meeting, where member bands’ representatives hear updates from the LGBA Board of Directors and vote on important Association initiatives.

Saturday, July 25 — The Main Event

For the entire LGBA community

The main day for our first-ever online conference will start with an exciting keynote speaker and end with a happy hour — and in between, we’ve packed more than 10 sessions of information and sharing to help our LGBA members. Webinar sessions will include, but are not limited to:

  • Workshops on topics from COVID-19 to youth bands
  • Forums for board presidents and artistic directors
  • Ignite! LGBA session

A detailed agenda for the Assembly of Delegates meeting will be sent to band representatives by July 13. Agenda items will include, but are not limited to:

  • Election of Vice President, Treasurer, and Directors for the LGBA Board
  • Update on 2021 Conference in Houston
  • Vote on the 2022 Conference bid from the Lakeside Pride Band

Member band presidents must notify LGBA Secretary David E. McBee at secretary@lgba.org of the names of your band representatives for the Assembly of Delegates meeting by no later than Friday, June 26, 2020.
